On 2/15/2021 at approximately 8:30 PM the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to a business on Queen City Drive for a theft complaint. Upon arrival officer spoke to an employee and learned that Mary Concetta Yoder had opened merchandise and was concealing it on her. The merchandise was recovered and Ms. Yoder was placed under arrest. Ms. Yoder was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.
Arrested – Mary Concetta Yoder (45) Cumberland, MD
Charge – Theft less than $100.00
