Daylight Savings = Drowsy Drivers

March 8th, 2024 by WCBC Radio

Daylight Savings Time takes place this weekend and Triple-A is reminding motorists that there will be darker mornings and drowsy drivers. If a driver has an early-morning commute, AAA recommends adjusting sleep schedules – aim for at least seven hours of sleep nightly. Watch out for pedestrians, especially children who will be on their way to school and may be hard to see in the early hours.
