Cumberland's Eddie Deezen is recuperating following surgery to remove a polyp from his vocal chords.
Deezen, who was a major part of the cast of "Grease," "1941," and other films, and a notable voice actor in recent years, has a role in the movie "Flight Fright."

He will be unable to talk for the next nine days, and sends along his best to his Cumberland friends and fans via his Facebook page.
