On April 24, 2021, the Allegany County Sheriff's Office will be collecting unused or expired prescription medication for safe disposal at the Bowling Green Volunteer Fire Department located on McMullen Highway in Cumberland.
Deputies will be on site at the Fire Hall from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Simply pull up to the front of the parking lot where the Sheriff's Deputies patrol vehicles are parked and a Deputy will greet you inside your vehicle.
