On December 8th Officers from the Cumberland Police Department were called to the area of Jane Frazier village for a disturbance with possible firearms. Upon arrival Tyrone Lemar Oliver was located and advised the Officers he was in a disturbance with a resident. Tyrone stated he does not reside at Jane Frazier Village. There were no firearms located.
Tyrone Lemar Oliver was told several times to not disturb the area and to keep the peace. Tyrone Lemar Oliver refused to obey Officers lawful orders, he wanted to continue the dispute with the resident and acted disorderly. His actions drew the attention of other residents. Tyrone Lemar Oliver was transported to CPD headquarters where he was charged and was written two Maryland Uniform Criminal Citations before being released.
Arrest: Tyrone Lemar Oliver, age 34 of Cumberland MD
Charges: Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order.
