Blood donation – but make it fun.
The Red Cross is going retro with its latest blood drive for the summer holidays. Until June 9, those who donate blood, plasma, or platelets will receive a 40th anniversary Tetris t-shirt. Donors will also be entered for a chance to win a trip to New York to meet Tetris creator Alexey Pajitnov.
Upcoming blood drives include Allegany College of Maryland and Cumberland Community Church on June 3 and First Presbyterian Church on June 4.
