National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is this Saturday and over 60 collection sites in West Virginia as well as all State Police Barracks in Maryland will be participating. Spearheaded by the national Drug Enforcement Agency, Take Back Day was launched in 2010. Unused and expired medications are collected and disposed of safely in incinerators, getting potentially harmful substances off the streets.
