Two men are jailed in Allegany County after indictments from the Grand Jury . David Lee Kesler of Cumberland was charged with second-degree rape and sex offense in the third degree along with a misdemeanor charge of second-degree assault. The charges stem from an incident in September. William Boyd Miller of Westernport has been indicted on charges of drug distribution, also from a September incident.
