On Monday, November 17, 2025 at approximately 2:43 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was on an assignment in the 1500 block of E. Oldtown Rd.  During this time, Jonathan Eggers began causing a disturbance and refused to listen to officers. Eggers was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.   He was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
