Eight Teenagers Impacted by Covid-19 in Allegany County

The Allegany County Health Department reports that COVID-19 cases in the county have risen to 337, an increase of 19 cases since Wednesday.  The latest cases include one inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution at Mexico Farms and 18 community members: including eight teens.   None have required hospitalization.

    Thanks for giving information as to the location of the one person (the inmate) and no details, once again, about anyone else. To just keep telling the community about positive tests, without more specific information, is adding to the fear factor. People need to be better informed.

    Breaking News. 10 people in Allegany County twisted their ankle yesterday. 3 were teenagers. 4 were from local nursing homes. None required hospitalization.

    Welch’s, only way FSU students are counted In our group is if they’re from Allegany County. They may be included in the counts but not all of them that test positive would be.

    @ Jim…. I’m just going to assume that all 10 of those falls in Allegany County were COVID related.
