On September 4, 2023, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Elm Street for a report of a domestic assault. When Officers arrived they made contact with the victim and observed injuries sustained in the assault. Victoria Lynn Greer admitted to striking the victim in the head. The injuries were consistent with statements from both parties involved. As a result Victoria Lynn Greer was then placed under arrest and later released on personal Recognizance.
Arrest: Victoria Lynn Greer, age 54, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Assault 2nd degree.
