The First Annual Cumberland Winter Festival and Market at Canal Place Plaza is today from 5-9PM. Highlights will include festive live music, artisan and retail vendors, free gift wrapping, snacks and beverages, reindeer games for all ages, voting at the bicycle decorating contest, a selfie photo station, and fire pits for roasting marshmallows.
