Incumbent Eugene Frazier filed for reelection to Cumberland City Council Tuesday. Frazier joins fellow incumbent Laurie Marchini as the only candidates to file with the deadline at the end of the week. Only incumbents Tammy Fraley and Crystal Bender have filed for the Allegany County Board of Education.
