On December 13th, 2022, The Cumberland City Police arrested Christopher Chau Van Pham, 20, of Frostburg MD. Pham was arrested on an outstanding Arrest Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on December 8th, 2022. The warrant was the result of an investigation conducted by the Combined County Criminal Investigations Unit. During the investigation, it was discovered that Pham had engaged in sexual activity with an underage victim. Pham was arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $2,500 bond.
