Frostburg State University President Ronald Nowaczyk presented his first Fall Convocation on Thursday afternoon in the Pealer Recital Hall of the FSU Performing Arts Center. Nowaczyk officially became FSU president in early May, after having served most recently as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Clarion University in Pennsylvania. During his address, Nowaczyk covered a wide range of topics including an update on the University’s strategic plan as well as capital and facilities improvements, including plans for residence halls and an update on the Education & Health Sciences Building.
