The City of Cumberland Engineering Department, on behalf of Triton Construction, would like to notify the public that George Street will be closed to thru traffic between Butler Alley and Dexter Place from 6:00 AM on Monday, February 5th to 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 6th.
Signage will be in place to notify passenger vehicles about the road closure. Local access to businesses on George Street will be kept open, where feasible.
Additional information will be released in the event the closure duration needs to be extended.
