Passing Failed Students not an issue in Allegany County Schools

Governor Larry Hogan has called for a criminal investigation after a recent report by the Maryland Office of the Inspector General revealed that Baltimore City Public Schools changed thousands of failing grades to passing over a five-year period. While the focus of this scandal is Baltimore City schools, anecdotally there are similar reports that have surfaced through the years in many school systems across Maryland.
