On 09/11/2023 at approximately 7:00 PM the Cumberland City Police were dispatched to the area of Louisiana Avenue and Hill Top Drive for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers made contact with the complainant who advised Victoria Greer had thrown a drink at their vehicle and was yelling at them. Officers contacted Greer and learned that she had recently been arrested for assaulting the complaint. Officers learned a release condition from the previous assault case is that Greer has no contact with the complainant. Greer was placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center. Greer was seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on a $1,500.00 unsecured bond.
