Authorities in Blair County, Pennsylvania say a Hollidaysburg man is facing vandalism and intimidation charges after he was reportedly caught on video placing an antisemitic "monument" outside a local synagogue.  Altoona police say 35-year-old Joseph Fox Jr. is accused of stealing a white, wooden cross statue and leaving it outside a synagogue, located along 17th Street.   According to the affidavit, police were contacted to investigate the alleged act of antisemitism after a staff member reportedly discovered the cross outside the temple on the morning of September 4th.
