On Monday, September 15th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served multiple Civil Citations as a result of ongoing increased patrols in the downtown mall and surrounding area. During the patrols, officers observed numerous violations resulting in the following charges:

ARRESTED -  Sydni Rene' Radcliffe,  Meyersdale PA,   27yo.
CHARGES -  Open Container Alcohol in Public

ARRESTED -  Melony Lynn Melvin,  Cumberland MD,  42yo.
CHARGES -  Open Container Alcohol in Public 

ARRESTED -  Johnna Maxine Buckley, Cumberland MD,  35yo.
CHARGES -  Set Up Bedding Outdoors.

ARRESTED -  Nicky Lee Linn, Cumberland MD, 59yo.
CHARGES -  Open Container Alcohol in Public 

All subjects were issued their respective citations and released, pending trial in District Court.
