On Monday, November 3, 2025, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business in the 1000 block of W. Industrial Blvd. for a theft.  Police contacted the staff who reported that a female suspect shoplifted from the store.  The suspect was located nearby and identified as Heather Jackson.  After further investigation, Jackson was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
