The Governor of West Virginia has now entered the fight with the NCAA to overturn the waiver denial for WVU basketball player RaeQuan Battle. West Virginia University has sought a waiver for Battle to enable him to play for Mountaineer basketball team, but the NCAA has denied it, saying that Battle had used his one-time transfer when he moved from Washington State to Montana State.
