The Maryland House of Delegates approved the redistricting plan for Maryland, largely along party lines, supported by Governor Martin O'Malley, in a move expected to net Democrats an additional seat in Congress.
WCBC News has learned that all local delegation members voted "no" except for the Delegate from District 1-B, Kevin Kelly, who voted "yes."
Senator George Edwards and Mary Beth Pirolozzi, who ran against Kelly in the last election for the 1-B seat, were guests of WCBC's Dave Norman on Thursday morning.
