A large crowd gathered at the corner of Baltimore and Liberty streets Tuesday evening as a formal dedication ceremony was held officially re-naming the Liberty Street Stage to honor the Del McCoury Family. The 11th annual DelFest event gets underway Thursday at the Allegany County Fairgrounds, and each year the McCoury’s have been extending their local presence and will now have a permanent stage downtown.
