The City of Cumberland will be holding a special stakeholder meeting on Tuesday evening for residents, business owners, and property owners along the Virginia Avenue corridor.  Starting at 6pm in the Virginia Avenue Events Center, the meeting will focus on revitalization opportunities for the area.  Main Street Manager Melinda Kelleher tells WCBC it will cover Virginia Avenue from First Street to the railroad underpass…
