As more and more events find their home in the City of Cumberland, Councilman Brian Lepley says they are looking into an electric billboard dedicated to highlighting what is going on in the area that could provide information and attract visitors…

   

“We’re looking at doing some things to the downtown parking garage and I though if we could put a nice-sized electric sign – and I’m thinking billboard size, face it off the parking garage toward I-68, well, everybody in the area drives I-68 and you can see that from both sides. If would be something very easy and I think it would be very visible to get the message out of what’s going on in downtown or not just in downtown but anywhere in Cumberland.”
