Maryland State Police Trooper 5 airlifted a Pennsylvania resident with second- and third-degree burns to a local hospital. The incident followed a 4:20 p.m. Friday fire at 139 Memory Lane according to the Orleans Volunteer Fire Department. According to the Times News, the fire appears to be accidental and three structures were totally destroyed. Roughly 40 round hay bales in one of the buildings ignited. Although the fire was extinguished Friday evening, the hay fire rekindled at about 5 a.m. Saturday.
