The Garrett County Commissioners with a major economic development announcement on Thursday afternoon welcoming RS BioTherapeutics to 46 Business Park Drive- the location of the company’s newest operation. RS BioTherapeutics focuses on the research, development, and commercialization of interventions to address chronic and acute pulmonary diseases. While the company looked at a number of possible locations, including a site in Allegany County, representatives said that ultimately the McHenry location checked all the boxes and there was tremendous cooperation with local officials.
