On New Years Day, Cumberland Police responded to the 400 block of Springdale St for a large disturbance.
While trying to investigate the cause of the disturbance, Brian Keith Wolfe age 46 of Cumberland MD continued to yell, impeding the officers’ investigation. He was told repeatedly to stop causing a disturbance.
He was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Wolfe was issued a Criminal Citation and released.
