On May 10th, 2023 at approximately 5:00 pm officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the teen block of Maple Street for a reported assault. Upon officer’s arrival they spoke with the victim who advised that Patrick Wallizer had shoved them, and struck them with a closed fist. Officers were able to observed evidence of the assault and placed Wallizer under arrest. Wallizer was then taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on an unsecured $1,000 bond.
Arrest: Patrick Wayne Wallizer, age 42, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: Assault Second Degree.
