Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh today filed a petition for a rehearing en banc in the challenge brought by drug manufacturers to Maryland’s law prohibiting price gouging in the sale of off patent and generic drugs. The petition was filed with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
