On May 7th, 2023 at approximately 8:50 pm officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 900 block of Maryland Avenue for a three-vehicle crash. Upon officer’s arrival they interviewed all parties and witnesses. Throughout the officer’s investigation they observed evidence that the at fault driver, Damon Claycomb, was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Claycomb was placed under arrest and was later released on DUI related citations.
Arrest: Damon Schyler Claycomb, age 21, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: DUI and Traffic Related Citations.
