Maryland’s State-of-the-State Address will be carried live today on WCBC. Democrat Wes Moore will deliver his second speech as Governor to the Maryland General Assembly in Annapolis which will no doubt address the problems facing the state while continuing to speak about the importance of service, one of his key talking points since taking office and the importance of collaboration to get issues addressed. The address will be live at Noon on WCBC 1270AM, 103.1FM and wcbcradio.com.
