On Thursday, December 15, 2022, the State has declared liberal leave beginning at 6am through the end of day shift in Allegany, Carroll, Frederick, Garrett, and Washington Counties.
Liberal leave until 10am for the following counites:
Anne Arundel
Baltimore
Baltimore City
Cecil
Harford
Howard
Kent
Montgomery
Prince George’s
Emergency Essential Employees should report as scheduled. Non-emergency essential employees who report to the office or a worksite to work may use liberal leave upon notification to the employee’s supervisor. Teleworkers should work as scheduled unless leave is granted.
