On Thursday, July 31st, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a building in the 100 Block of N. Mechanic Street for a trespassing complaint. When officers arrived, they contacted Tracy Kerry Williams. It was determined that Williams did not have permission to be in the building, and had been trespassed by the property management. Williams was placed under arrest, and transported to police headquarters and later released on a criminal citation.
