It might look like nothing is happening, but there has been plenty of work going on behind the scenes on what is known as the Memorial Hospital Property along Memorial Avenue. The developer, Raz Development from Bethesda, has been working with Cumberland Economic Development and the City on site surveys, title searches and other due diligence needed to get the project underway. According to the Raz Development website, the project concept includes two 4-level structures with 125 apartments along with townhomes and single-family structures.
