Volunteers are being sought for a pilot program through the Maryland Department of Transportation that will test the idea of Mileage-Based User Funds for funding the state’s Transportation Trust Fund.  Currently the gas tax has provided funding but there is a challenge now as the use of electric vehicles continues to grow.
