The Circle K convenience store on Oldtown Road in Cumberland sold a one-million dollar winning scratch-off ticket over the weekend, with the anonymous winner claiming their prize money on Tuesday afternoon. The $20 Monopoly Fast Play ticket was sold on Sunday. Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only.
