Update: November 23 at 9:51 p.m. Elijah Twigg has been located. The Cumberland Police Department would like to thank the public for any assistance they may have provided.

Report: /November 23 at 6:02 a.m. Elijah James Twigg (14 yrs old) has been reported missing to the Cumberland Police Department.  He was last seen in the area of Yale Street on Saturday.  He is approximately 5' tall and approximately 120 lbs. If anyone has information as to his whereabouts, they are urged to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600.
