Rep. Alex Mooney defeated fellow incumbent Rep. David McKinley Tuesday in West Virginia's 2nd Congressional District Republican primary. McKinley had drawn heavy criticism for breaking party lines as one of 13 Republicans who voted with Democrats to support President Joe Biden's $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill.
