On Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served multiple Criminal and Civil Citations as a result of ongoing increased patrols in the downtown mall area. During patrols, officer observed numerous violations resulting in the following charges:

ARRESTED -  Timothy Allen Weatherbie     36yo.
CHARGES -  Setting up Bedding Outdoors

ARRESTED -  Roger Cecil Darr     42yo.
CHARGES -  Setting up Bedding Outdoors

ARRESTED -  William Morgan Stewart     42yo.
CHARGES -  Sleeping Outdoors, Littering

ARRESTED -  Warren Junior Flanagan 3rd    49yo.
CHARGES -  Trespassing-Posted Property

ARRESTED -  Mary Kathleen Perry    49yo.
CHARGES -  Sleeping Outdoors.

All those charged were issued their respective citations and released, pending trial in District Court.
