Maryland’s Motor Vehicle Administration has announced that it will end temporary driving test modifications put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting on Tuesday, June 20, driver’s licensing examiners will remain in an applicant’s vehicle for both the closed course and on-road testing portions of the driving test. Until June of last year, driver’s licensing examiners gave instructions from outside an applicant’s vehicle in order to maintain social distancing. For more information, visit www.mva.maryland.gov
