Mister and Mrs. Claus will be arriving at Canal Place in Gap Trail style this year, riding bicycles for the Celebration of Lights and Holiday Market on November 30. Santa and his wife will arrive around 5:30pm for the lighting of a new tree this year, according to Canal Place Marketing Director Kim Folk…

   

“Our Mister and Mrs.Claus will be coming up on bikes because we are on the canal, you know, the C&O and all that stuff. So, they are going to arrive on biked and light our tree at 5:30. Our tree will be all lights. It is not a pine tree, it is an all-lights tree and it is a 33-foot tree. So, that will be what wel will light with Mister and Missus Claus at 5:30.”
