The second North Centre Street Festival of the year will be held this Saturday and it will include an Italian theme that harkens back to the popular Christopher Columbus Italian Festivals of the 1980’s. The festival is scheduled from noon until 9 PM during which Ristorante Ottaviani’s 17th anniversary will be celebrated.
