On February 2, 2025 at approximately 4:30 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was patrolling Queen City Drive at W. Harrison Street when he observed a male subject, identified as Aaron Friend, walking on CSX Property which is posted ‘No Trespassing’.  Friend was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial. BENCH WARRANT SERVED

On Sunday, February 2, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Marissa Tice.  The warrant was issued as the result of Tice failing to comply with a court order where she was originally charged with a camping violation.  Tice was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.  Tice is currently being held at the Allegany County Detention Center on an unrelated matter.
