On Saturday, January 14th, 2023, The Cumberland City Police responded to a business in the 700 block of Park St for a report of a disorderly subject. Upon arrival, officers contacted employees of the establishment. They advised that a male subject had come into the business, yelling and acting in a disorderly manner. They also advised the subject was running into shelves and knocking items onto the floor. The subject then left the store. The subject, Glenn Taylor Williams, 27, of Cumberland MD, was located a short distance away from the store. He was issued a criminal citation and released, pending trial in District Court.
