On Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, the Cumberland City Police arrested Antonio Fagan Jr, 36, of Cumberland MD. Fagan was arrested on a Parole Retake Warrant issued by the Maryland Parole Commission. The warrant alleges Fagan failed to obey the terms and condition of his parole. Fagan was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently being held without bond.
