The executive director of the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation tells WCBC News that although there is no binding contract in place; PennTex Ventures remains on board as the probable developer for the Rolling Mill project. The Maryland Avenue Redevelopment Project, as it is officially known, is designed to purchase and demolish the 60 some properties in that area with an eye toward commercial development opportunities.
