Allegany County Emergency Management reports police activity in the area of Oldtown Road shortly after 2pm. According to police, the activity is contained to a home at 12 E. Oldtown Road. Schools are not being placed in lock-in or lock-down; however, student walkers from South Penn, Washington, and Fort Hill are advised not to walk in the vicinity of Grand Avenue on their way home this afternoon.
