The Cumberland Police responded to a business on the 200 block of Greene St for a male causing a disturbance. Upon arrival officers contacted James Robert Michael Langway, age 33 of Cumberland MD. Langway was advised to leave the business and stop causing any further disturbances. A short time later, Langway was observed walking on Greene St by another officer. Langway approached the officer and began to cause another disturbance. He then threw garbage into the street as he was walking away. He was placed under arrest and issued a Criminal Citation for Littering. He was taken to the police station where he was later released on the Citation.
